The service here is outstanding and the location is perfect as it's only a 5-minute walk to the metro.

From arranging airport pick-up to printing necessary papers, they went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The room was jaw-droppingly comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities we needed. Although the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the center, it's well worth it during the day, just not as great at night. our experience at this hotel was amazing and we can't wait to come back again next year.

Spacious Conference Hall: During my stay at this hotel, I had the opportunity to attend a business conference held in their spacious conference hall. The venue was truly impressive, with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment and comfortable seating. It felt like stepping into a modern and luxurious auditorium, making me almost forget I was actually at a hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Kosovo. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Samir who arranged a convenient shuttle for me. The hotel staff, especially Rexha, were knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for exploring Pristina. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and my deluxe double room was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is a short walk from the city center, I enjoyed the scenic route. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Kosovo.
